Getting Your Laptop:

  1. Fill out the on-line form.

  2. Once we have your information, we will have your laptop and/or broadband card waiting for you at your hotel bell desk.

  3. Upon arrival, go to your hotel Bell Desk and pick up the package. Your full name will be used as the package ID.

Using your laptop:

  1. Read the “Laptop Rental Agreement”. This agreement is located inside the laptop bag.

  2. Power up your laptop.

  3. You will be prompted to enter a password.

  4. The password can be found on the bottom of the “Laptop Rental Agreement”.

  5. Only use the laptop if you agree to the terms of the “Laptop Rental Agreement”.


Returning the Laptop/Broadband Card:

  1. Gather all the components that came with the Laptop. This includes the laptop, power cord, contract, and any other items in the original bag.

  2. Hand over the laptop bag to the hotel bell desk clerk. Tell them it’s a package for Cyber Stop. Make sure you receive a receipt for your drop off. This is proof that you have dropped off the laptop and are no longer liable for the equipment. In Las Vegas, it is traditional to leave the bell desk a small gratuity if you appreciate their service.

  3. Call us at 702.767.8803 to report the laptop is ready for pick-up. At this point your rental session will come to a close.
