COVID-19 POLICIES AT WE RENT LAPTOPS
The We Rent Laptops staff is working remotely to help our clients rent the best computers for their needs. As per New York state guidelines, only one employee will be in the office, but we are able to ship/deliver equipment packages to you. We will not be offering any pick-ups from our office at this time.
Here’s what we're doing to minimize risk while still serving our clients:
Minimal Rental Period of One Week
Currently, we are focusing on quality, longer-term rentals to ensure the safety of our staff and clientele. When any gear is returned, it will be sanitized and put on the shelf in quarantine before being ready to go out again.
Curb Side Pick ups
We will not be allowing anyone physically into the office for pick-ups or returns. This will keep our office and equipment as clean as possible, and you, the renter safe. We ask you to give us a call when outside and we will hand your rental off to you outside our office.
Marc and Dave will still work with you via phone or email to help you decide which machine you need, and to collect paperwork and set up a delivery time. If you are experiencing any issues with the rented computer, we will be available by video chat, phone, and email to help find a solution.
Keeping Equipment Clean
When computers are returned to the We Rent Laptop office, they are first sanitized and tested out like any normal check-in. We then leave the machine on the shelf for a few days before it is available to go out again. It is then prepped and sanitized once more before being packed up and delivered.
